Zak started playing golf at the age of 14 and had become the Junior Captain of his local Bearsted Golf Club two years later. Zak spent three years at The Golf College where he was coached by Paul Lyons, Denis Pugh and Tim Spence. Based in Kent, Zak had a short amateur career and turned professional in 2012. Over the last 3 years, Zak has been working towards achieving his PGA coaching certification and gaining the knowledge, funding & maturity to have another go at competition golf. He had 3 seasons playing in the Europro and TP tours and steadily improved his results each year, but is ready to take things to the next level this year & the years to come.
